1. Who we are

RevSquad ("we") operates revsquad.ai and the RevSquad platform: an AI sales coach and revenue forecasting service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to customers and their sales representatives using the platform.

2. Data we collect

Website visitors: contact details you submit through our forms (name, company, role, phone/WhatsApp number, message), and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies. Platform customers: workspace configuration, deal and pipeline data your team records through the coach, and the content of conversations between reps and the coach, used solely to provide the service to your workspace.

3. Advertising cookies and pixels

This website uses the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach audiences who may be interested in RevSquad. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, device information). You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings, Meta's Ad Preferences, and Google's Ads Settings. We do not send platform conversation data or deal data to advertising partners, ever.

4. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, respond to enquiries, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. Customer conversation and deal data is never used to train models for other customers and is never sold. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used to improve product quality.

5. Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers can opt for dedicated isolated instances and in-country data residency. We retain customer data for the duration of the agreement and delete or return it on termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights and data requests

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to [email protected] (or [email protected]) and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a rep on a customer's workspace, we may route your request through your employer as the data controller.

7. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify customers by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
